Do I need to choose an Apple or Android version?
No. SiNE CARD II supports Apple Find My and Google’s Find Hub. Choose the platform mode you want to use; the card uses one finding network at a time.

Yes. SiNE CARD II supports switching between its Apple Find My and Google’s Find Hub modes. The Online Guide has setup instructions for each platform; contact support if you need help changing modes.

No. SiNE CARD II can use only one finding network at a time. Select Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub.

What should I do if I can't pair my card?
Turn on Bluetooth and internet access on your phone, keep SiNE CARD II nearby, and follow the setup instructions for the selected platform. If pairing still does not work, contact support.

Check that Bluetooth, location services, and internet or cellular access are available on your phone. Google’s Find Hub also requires Location Sharing to be on. Your selected finding network must be available.

How do I charge my card?
SiNE CARD II supports wireless charging. See the guide for the charging indicator and status information.

Quickly press the card button twice to check its status. The top RGB LED indicates network, device, and battery status. The bottom LED is red while charging and green when fully charged.

What can I do with NFC?
NFC can share information stored on the card and open its product verification experience. The result depends on the NFC content and the action supported by your phone.

Use a compatible NFC writing app to write standard NDEF content, such as a URL, text, or contact details. Follow the app’s instructions, then scan the card to check the saved content.

No. The SiNE CARD II Online Guide states that writing standard NFC content does not affect the product verification function.

What is the difference between the Apple Find My and Google’s Find Hub versions?
The Apple Find My version is for Apple devices and uses Apple’s Find My network. The Find Hub version is for Android devices and uses Google’s Find Hub. Choose the version for your platform when purchasing; once paired, the finding network cannot be changed by resetting the card.

No. SiNE CARD is configured for the platform selected at purchase. Once paired, it stays on that finding network and cannot be changed by resetting the card.

No separate app is needed. Use Apple’s Find My app on an Apple device or Google’s Find Hub app on an Android device.

If the pairing pop-up was closed, it may not appear again for at least five minutes. If it still does not return, contact support for model-specific help.

Check that SiNE CARD is on and has not been reset. It must be within Bluetooth range to receive a sound request; move closer to its last known location and try again.
